We started in December 2008 — over 16 years ago. We've seen the industry shift from basic websites to mobile apps, from on-premise servers to cloud, and from simple brochure sites to full enterprise platforms. We're still here because the clients we started with kept coming back and referring others.

Our office is at Lwempisi Building, 1st Floor, Nyerere Road, Mwanza. Most of our work is done remotely with clients across Tanzania, but we're always available to meet in Mwanza or travel to Dar es Salaam for larger engagements.

We've worked with schools and colleges, hotels, microfinance institutions, retail and wholesale businesses, mining companies, logistics firms, NGOs, and government bodies. We're comfortable with small owner-run businesses and large multi-site operations — the approach just adapts to fit.

Pricing depends on what's being built — scope, complexity, how many people are involved, and how fast you need it. We'll give you a written estimate after the first meeting. Most projects are fixed price with a clear scope. For ongoing work we offer monthly retainer arrangements.

We use straightforward contracts. Standard payment terms are 50% at project start and 50% on delivery, though larger projects may have milestone payments. Everything in scope is written down so there are no arguments later about what was and wasn't included.

It depends on what we're building. A standard website is usually 4 to 8 weeks. A mobile app is typically 8 to 16 weeks. A full custom system like a hospital management or ERP platform can take 4 to 6 months or more. We give you a realistic estimate after the first meeting, not a number pulled from thin air.

Yes. We do SEO, content strategy, social media management, and paid advertising on Google and social platforms. Most of our digital marketing clients come to us after building their website with us, because it makes sense to have both done by the same team.

Yes. We don't hand over a project and disappear. After launch we handle bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring, and any changes your team needs. Support levels are agreed in the contract — from basic cover to full managed service.

We stay involved after launch. The first weeks are usually the busiest — staff getting used to the system, edge cases showing up, things that need tweaking. We handle that as part of the project. After that, ongoing support is covered by a maintenance agreement.

For clients on a support contract, we commit to a 1-hour response for critical issues and 4 hours for urgent ones. For mission-critical systems we set up 24/7 monitoring so we know about a problem at the same time you do — sometimes before you do.

For web and server work we mainly use PHP, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript frameworks. For mobile we use React Native, Flutter, and native Android/iOS where the project calls for it. Cloud work runs on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. We pick the right tool for the job rather than forcing everything into one stack.

Yes. Everything we build works on phones, tablets, and desktops. In Tanzania, most people browse on mobile, so we design for that screen first. There's no extra charge for it — it's just how we build.

Security is part of the build from the start, not added on at the end. That means encrypted connections, proper access controls, no sensitive data stored in plain text, and payment systems that meet PCI DSS requirements. We also do security audits on systems already in production.
